By accessing or using Mint Solana ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Mint Solana provides Solana blockchain utilities including, but not limited to:

  • Token Creation: Create SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain with customizable metadata, retain freeze authority, and mint authority options.
  • Rent Reclamation: Close unused token accounts to recover SOL locked as rent.
  • Referral Program: Earn rewards by referring other users to the Service.

3. Fee Structure

Our current fee structure is as follows:

Create Token

  • Base fee: 0.05 SOL
  • Retain Freeze Authority: +0.02 SOL
  • Retain Mint Authority: +0.03 SOL

Reclaim Rent

  • Fee: 5% of reclaimed rent
  • Minimum fee per account: 0.0001 SOL

Referral Program

  • User discount: 10% off service fees
  • Referrer kickback: 20% of service fees

Fees are subject to change. Network fees (gas) are additional and determined by the Solana network.

Important Token Disclaimer

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TOKENS YOU CREATE USING OUR SERVICE.

Mint Solana is a tool that facilitates token creation on the Solana blockchain. We have NO control, ownership, or liability over tokens created using our Service.

  • We are not responsible for how tokens are used, traded, or distributed
  • We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any token created through our Service
  • We bear no responsibility for the legality of tokens in any jurisdiction
  • We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice
  • Tokens created are not securities and should not be treated as such

You must ensure that your use of created tokens complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Service Provided "As-Is"

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network
  • We are not responsible for failed transactions due to network congestion or other factors outside our control
  • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys (we never have access to your private keys)
  • Ensure you have sufficient SOL for transactions and fees before initiating operations
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your wallet
  • Verify all transaction details before signing with your wallet

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

No refunds will be provided for completed transactions. Once a transaction is confirmed on the Solana blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
